Delivery & Returns Policy


Carriage Costs: Please note that the purchaser is responsible for all carriage costs, regardless of the size of the order.

For domestic customers, depending on the size, all orders are shipped via Royal Mail or APC / M&H Couriers.

For international customers, all orders are shipped via Parcel2Go.

Returns & Replacements

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately. We will replace the damaged item upon return. Please return the damaged item to us in its original condition. Once contacted, returns can be made to our Aberdeen packing facility at: 15 - 17 Bridge Street, Aberdeen, AB12 6JL.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds unless in an instance where a damaged item is returned and a replacement is not available.

Payment Terms

Credit Account Holders: If you hold a credit account with us, you are entitled to 30-day net payment terms.

Pro-Forma Accounts: All other accounts operate on a pro forma basis.
